I truly enjoyed the English breakfast and the quiet room. the room design was modern and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. the staff members were all consistently courteous and accommodating. It was based in a new building in a great and fantastic location, close to both Istanbul Airports. A huge variety of restaurants to eat close by.

Annoying staff!

A nice size and panoramic room with jacuzzi bath as well as a beautiful decoration. Good service during my good stay. Late check out. Location near to the square and the nearby shopping and food areas and shops, many restaurants and centraly and restaurants❤

The rooms were well-equipped with all good amenities and had a beautiful decoration. the breakfast offered a variety of options and was hot and wonderful. the location was exceptionally nice and ideal, close to the restaurant district.

I loved the nicely decorated room with automatic features. the indoor terrace was a great addition. the breakfast had plenty of delicious food and drinks. the hotel's location near restaurants, a major shopping street, Taksim, and the center of Taksim was convenient.

Friendly and helpful staff made our stay at Eresin Hotels a delight. The hotel is conveniently located in the center of Taksim, with easy access to all the historic sites in Istanbul. The breakfast room on the 10th floor offers stunning views of the city, and the spa area is small but clean. a great choice for our first time in Istanbul.

The Hotel is Excellent , The Staff is Superb, extremely Help full and kind , very supportive , rooms are spacious , Ideal Location in Taksim, 5 min walk to Taksim Square , Decor, Hotel Facilities are beyond doubt. Our booking was a non refundable booking but we decided to cancel last 2 nights and despite the non refundable booking the hotel manager , Nehal was very kind and agreed to cancel and refund the cost of last 2 nights . We were very happy during our stay at the Hotel .

Yes. I wondered the roome we stayed in, was very small (maybe for a single person). It hadn't expected it from a 4 star hotel. Further, there wasn't any notification about that in your site, when I was checking.

The location of this place was convenient as it was close to some of our favorite spots like Ortakoy Mosque.

Poor experience with luggage storage which left me believing my bag was missing (luckily it was later located). There is not enough security and I had to wait nearly 15 mins before anyone came to the desk
